Around 250 nodes are connected and can communicate & share resources with each other simultaneously.
           
INTERNET FACILITY
24 hours availability of 2 MB CIR Radio Link Bandwidth connection for both city and main campus through point to point connection.

WAN CONNECTIVITY
Point to Point connectivity has been deployed for connecting the Main Campus and City Campus. So that they can communicate and share resources like database, internet and online applications.

DATABASE FACILITY
Centralized Database availability for both On Campus and Off Campus users.

EMAIL FACILITY
Global Email Access facility has been provided to both employees and students on Biztekian domain. While the Offline Email access facility is available for the staff members in campus only.

CCTV FACILITY
Close Circuit Television Cameras Setup has been deployed in both the Main & City Campus, which can be accessed globally.

ONLINE APPLICATIONS
Currently we are working on upgrading our all department information systems (desktop based) to Web based . 

CENTRALIZED DATABASE
We are working on Database merging in order to make our Database System completely centralized. When any database query generated, it can be saved on Single Database machine.

All applications are available for Off Campus use as well (Web based).

ACADEMIC INFORMATION SYSTEM
Academic Information System is available for on demand academic activities. Course status, Semester status and Student progress reports are available with the help of this system.

ACCOUNTS INFORMATION SYSTEM
This system provides daily transaction, fees scheduling of students, semester fees structure and on demand related accounts reports can be generated also by using this system.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER
This system maintains general ledger, daily expenditures, purchasing, monthly bills, salaries.

EXAMINATION INFORMATION SYSTEM
This system maintains the record for student’s results, mark sheets, transcripts, semester results.
 
ADMISSION INFORMATION SYSTEM
This system maintains daily admission receipts, admission forms, prospectus information.

CHANCELLOR MAIL SYSTEM
It manages the chancellor daily incoming and outgoing emails and contacts.

ONLINE STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
This system facilitate students with their current and past semester results, current and past fee structure, performance reports, attendance status.

E-MAIL SYSTEM
Global Email Access facility has been provided to both employees and students on Biztekian domain. While the Offline Email access facility is available for the staff members only.

STORE INVENTORY
Store Inventory system is available for maintaining the online record in the database for daily items assigned through out the campus.

DIGITAL LIBRARY
Digital Library is available for students as well as staff members, through which both can download books. Teachers can upload their course lectures for students. It contains both sections of Computer Science & Information Technology as well as Management Sciences.

ONLINE ADMISSION FORM
Online admission forms are available on biztek website, through which new students can launch their admission form on internet.

ONLINE GRADUATE DIRECTORY
Online Graduate Directory is also available on biztek website for the organizations, in order to penetrate our graduate students in the market.

HR ATTENDENCE
HR attendance system is ready for online staff attendance.

SMS INFORMATION SYSTEM
SMS Information System is available for news of upcoming events through SMS to the students and staff members and also for outside VIP persons.
 
EMAIL MARKETING
Bulk Email System is also available for sending email of upcoming events of biztek to students, staff members and other VIP persons.

ACADEMIC MS

Examination Management system maintains the record for student’s results, mark sheets, transcripts, semester results.

ONLINE STUDENT APPLICATION SYSTEM
By using this system students are able to submit online applications related to course registration, course drop. Students can also submit application directly to the particular department related to matter.
 

HR
We are working on online HR management System for employees and HR. In order to facilitate the staff members to launch their online application for annual and sick leave. This system will maintain the record on the centralized database.
 
IT INVENTORY
IT inventory System has been launched in order to look and maintain the IT accessories online.
